This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a qualified Purchasing Administrator in the RDO Equipment Africa Lusaka Warehouse.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Capturing data on SAGE.
- Processing and supplying Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Processing re-orders on a weekly basis.
- Filing all documents.
- Managing supplier back orders.
- Issuing RTQ numbers and maintaining the RTQ register.
- Filing weekly cycle counts and journal batches for all three branches.
- Assisting with the weekly cycle count of the warehouse.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
- At least 2 years of SAGE experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Note: Applicants residing in Lilayi and Chilanga will be given priority.
